Sourdough - Pickup April 25

from $6.00

Local pickup April 25 - 1pm-5pm

Each sourdough loaf is handcrafted in small batches in my kitchen, using just four simple ingredients—Himalayan pink salt, Costco bread flour, water, and wild yeast from the air. You can choose between a classic round or a traditional loaf shape, available in a full size (around 850g) or a smaller half-size option. Each loaf takes three days to ferment, developing its signature flavor and texture. While these loaves rarely last that long, they’ll stay fresh for up to five days if they do. Available for local pickup only to ensure the freshest bread possible!

Testimonials

For reference, I make fresh charcuterie boards and for the 4th of July, in our remote Gig Harbor location, basically in the middle of nowhere, I desperately needed fresh sourdough for dozens of people. Savoring Spoonfuls not only baked it fresh that morning, drove it 3 hours to be delivered personally, but she also added red white and blue inclusions to really make the occasion as special as possible! Everyone raved about it and I can’t wait to work with her again this year.
